It has come to the Office of Communications attention that we have failed to do our legislated reporting on all signed bills that pass by the presidents office this recent term. Together with the former President of the Habbo White House
Praeceptor, we are now releasing all bills that we have neglected to report on thus far. These reports will be released in batches and we hope you find them informational and useful.
Defense (BOS & NP Procedure Reform) Act 2026

Allows for a temporary ban on users who are believed to have committed a serious offense, specifically related to national security matters. Establishes the National Security Council as the authorizing body for any temporary ban. Ensures temporary bans are still permanently authorized by a Supreme Court Justice or District Court Judge. Allows for persons and groups who are being added to a list to defend themselves in a court of law. Establishes consequences for NSC members who authorize temporary bans without actual evidence.
Legislation (Correction Slips) Act 2026

Introduces correction slips which may be issued to correct Legislation in Stages 5, 6, or 7. Ensures legislation is correct, allowing Congress to correct errors they may have missed. Grants Supreme Court power to correct legislation where errors appear.
Legislation (Amendment 1) (Repeal) Act 2026

Repeals Legislation (Amendment 1) Act 2026, as that act was meant to be an amendment to the Legislation Act 2026 but the sponsor failed to write it.
Prosecution (Case Confidentiality) Act 2026

Prohibits the DOJ from representing certain positions when the DOJ are the prosecuting party, allowing for integrity within the DOJ and further removing room for potential corruption. Prohibits Judicial authorities from discussing cases except when authorized, allowing for integrity within the courts by all Justices and Judges, as well as clients and their representatives.
Democracy (Amendment 1) Act 2026

Replaces all mentions of iC-levels with their corresponding PSGS level, bringing the Act into compliance with the new system. Creates an offense for the coercion of candidates (and eligible candidates), strengthening the integrity of our democratic system. Creates an offense for not complying with Campaign Finance Laws, strengthening both the financial trust and integrity of our democratic system.
Freedom of Information (Rewrite) Act 2026

Creates provisions for the FOI system to be public. Adds the Investigation Service to the list of exempted authorities. Reduces the overall time an authority has to respond from the 19-days to 14-days. Creates provisions for when authorities are on leave of absence. Redefines specific offenses under the Act. Creates additional refusal grounds to protect the integrity of the FOI system.
Employment (Amendment 6) Act 2026

Strikes Section 3 of Part 4 of the Act which required leadership to notify a member that they reached inactivity, then having to wait an additional 24 hours before filing a court case against them.
