O.stuart.O is one of the three founders of this third iteration of the Habbo White House. Stuart previously served at the last iteration of the White House in various roles such as a Senator and then into the Congressional Leadership as Clerk of the House, serving in the Cabinet in roles such as Secretary of Labor and Secretary of Defense and then serving as Vice Preisdent in early 2020 under President --Maxitaxi--.
In December of 2025, Stuart met Praeceptor whom relayed interest in regenerating the Habbo White House. O.stuart.O, Praeceptor and dz? would then on December 26th 2025 open the doors of this new iteration of the Habbo White House to the Habbo community. Praeceptor becoming the 1st President with Stuart serving under him as the 1st Vice President, together they would lead the White House for the first 3 initial months, then together going on to win re-election to office in March 2026 under the #Regeneration campaign and winning a second term. In the June 2026 election, Stuart would be elected as the 2nd President of the Habbo White House with his running mate Seas. becoming the 2nd Vice President of the Habbo White House under the #Opportunity campaign.
