Chris, known as dz?, was the 1st Speaker of the House of Representatives and the 2nd Chief of Staff to the President of the White House. Chris successfully built the Legislature from the ground up upon opening the Third Republic with fellow Founders Praeceptor and O.stuart.O; he had then transitioned over to the Executive as Chief of Staff to President Praeceptor in February 2026 when he was asked to serve the White House in an alternate capacity; he held this rank until May of 2026. He now currently resides on the Voting and Electoral Commission and the Digital Services Administration. Chris was also a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Implementation, two-time Director of Legislative Affairs and other senior ranks during the tenure of the White House's First and Second Republics.
Chris was honored with the Presidential Medal of Service and the Presidential Medal of Honor for his contributions during President Praeceptor's 1st and 2nd terms. In July 2026, he was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal via a Motion to Award passing Congressional vote with 93% in favor!
