Congress is making big moves and so I wish to extend my congratulations to @.NorthDakota on his promotion to Secretary of the Senate. His work within the House has consistently demonstrated precision, reliability, and a level of administrative excellence that has strengthened our operations across the board. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized, accessible system have set a standard that has benefited staff at every level.

As he steps into his new role, we recognize not only the quality of his work, but the dedication behind it. This promotion reflects his continued growth, his leadership, and the trust placed in him by his own Leadership.
