Legislative Report III
Legislative Report III
It has come to the Office of Communications attention that we have failed to do our legislated reporting on all signed bills that pass by the presidents office this recent term. Together with the former President of the Habbo White House
Praeceptor, we are now releasing all bills that we have neglected to report on thus far. These reports will be released in batches and we hope you find them informational and useful.
Employment (Cabinet Emergency Tasking Policy) Act 2026
Sponsored by kevincool@ ; Signed Apr 19 2026
Establishes Emergency Tasking Policy for cabinet, as well as the current Emergency Tasking law only applying for branch leadership.
Code of Conduct (Amendment 4) Act 2026
Sponsored by Coolvimto ; Signed Apr 26 2026
Amends the Act to not allow profiles to go private and hidden unless given special permission by the Department of Defense, protecting the White House public image and helping the Department of Defense identify potential threats more effectively.
Confirmations (Limitation) (Amendment 1) Act 2026
Sponsored by amazingconnor; Signed May 5 2026
Clarifies that the branch that votes is the position’s branch. Removes an unnecessary subsection, as it is now written into the section. Enacts that the results of a confirmation vote must be published within 24-hours of the vote closing. Enacts that branch confirmations are voided after the position is vacated.
Employment (Low Rank Amendment) Act 2026
Sponsored by kevincool@ ; Signed May 9 2026
Amends the Act by removing the GS and replacing it with “Low Rank”. Requires “Low Ranks” to be an employee for 6 hours, take an education session for the branch they are joining, has passed Gate Control Training, and is not on that branch’s blacklist.
Communications and Engagement (Supplemental) (Amendment 1) Act 2026
Sponsored by amazingconnor ; Signed May 20 2026
Supplements the Executive (Reform 1) Order 2026, amending Part 4 of the Act to update cabinet titles.
Prosecution (Scheduling Reform) (Amendment 7) Act 2026
Sponsored by amazingconnor ; Signed May 21 2026
Requires the DOJ to maintain a public list of motions, waivers, and submission templates. Clarifies “highest ranking Judicial employee” when referring to Supreme Court cases. Reforms the scheduling process to allow off-client proceedings (within restrictions and with safeguards to continue to maximize on-client trials.) Amends the wording of the reasons the DOJ can decline cases. Allows the Courts to dismiss cases subsequent to certain motions.
We want to assure you, our community, that moving forward we are working to not have a backlog like this happen again.
Moving forward our Legislative Reporter in the Communications Team will be giving you the latest legislative news.
