I am formally requesting Department of Justice review and mediation regarding a breakdown in professional communication between myself and fierycomet.
The matter arose following a private Discord message in which I informed them they had remained AFK/unresponsive on the front row after multiple attempts by others to gain a response. The individual subsequently accused me of cyberbullying, threatened HR escalation, and has now blocked me entirely on Discord.
As the individual falls within my operational chain of command, this has created an issue regarding professional communication and my ability to effectively carry out supervisory/congress-related duties.
I am not requesting punitive action at this time. I am requesting an independent review, clarification as to whether any conduct standards were breached by either party, and mediation or guidance regarding the appropriate way to proceed professionally moving forward.
