I have submitted this case under Appeal > National Punishment, similar to DC-37, as there is no current option allowing one to apply for a Suppression Order.
Justification for the Action you're appealing
I hereby request that a suppression order be granted, under Part 8, Section 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025, to restrict the submission of SC-61 as it contains information shared by other Agencies External Relations Departments and their representatives.

On consideration of the argument presented by ICEMAN., as well as personal review of the evidence and the official statement by the Department of Justice, Department of Defense and the Department of State, this court deems appropriate the removal of information from the public case description and all evidence pertaining to this matter. The court deems this necessary to protect the safety and privacy of individuals and prevent undue harm, harassment or intimidation in accordance with Part 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025. This information will be suppressed permanently.
