I have submitted this case under Appeal > National Punishment, similar to DC-37, as there is no current option allowing one to apply for a Suppression Order.
Justification for the Action you're appealing
I hereby request that a suppression order be granted, under Part 8, Section 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025, to restrict the submission of SC-61 as it contains information shared by other Agencies External Relations Departments and their representatives.
