Application for a Suppression Order.

I have submitted this case under Appeal > National Punishment, similar to DC-37, as there is no current option allowing one to apply for a Suppression Order.
Justification for the Action you're appealing
I hereby request that a suppression order be granted, under Part 8, Section 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025, to restrict the submission of AC-60. I make this request due to the sensitive nature and reasonings included in the contents of the appeal. I feel as though this suppression order would protect the privacy of Xilophenium. I ask that this suppression order lasts until further order of the Court.

Following the request made, this court authorizes the DSA to censor the private information provided by the appellant in AC-60 due to the sensitive personal nature of the appeal.
