Explain why your appeal should be successful
I feel my appeal should be successful because it was an honest mistake due to unexpected personal circumstances in my life. The issue genuinely consumed all my time and mind and why I was not even logging onto the Habbo client at all the past few days, but I was determined to be sure I logged on by Friday to begin my Judicial tasks, as I was looking forward to finally being apart of the branch and learning. The rule of it being an requirement to log onto the agency's website as well as Habbo client is a new experience for me compared to other agencies/militaries. I truly forgot about it when I would remind myself to at least log onto Habbo before 5 days.
Justification for the Action you're appealing
Due to my inexperience within the White House, I was unfamiliar with this rule, and with a sudden real life situation. I did not have time to communicate my unavailability with leadership. As well as, this website is unique to any other agency I've been apart of, so it completely waived my mind. However, I have incredible ambitions within the White House, and would really love a chance to continue my career here. As someone who was experiencing the community and agency for the first time, I fell in deep love with it. It would be greatly appreciated if you all could offer me a second chance within the White House, and I promise not to let it go to waste.

Iris,

The Department of Justice has declined the case.

This decision is issued pursuant to Prosecution Act 2025, Part 4 — Submitted Cases, Section 2 — Declining the Case (Department of Justice), Subsection 1, Clause 4 which provides that:

“The Department of Justice may only decline a case if the plaintiff or appellant does not respond to the Department of Justice over 5 days.”

The Department of Justice attempted to obtain the necessary response from the plaintiff/appellant regarding the submitted matter. However, more than five days have passed without any response being received.

As a result, the Department of Justice is unable to continue processing the case and must formally reject the submission in accordance with the authority granted under the cited law.

Accordingly, this case is declined.

Kind regards,

ICEMAN
Attorney General
