Written by ICEMAN. 31st May 2026, 20:15 PM UTC
Honourable DCJ Kelpti,

The Department of Justice has reviewed the submitted case and hereby declines to proceed with the matter.

This decision is issued pursuant to **Prosecution Act 2025, Part 4 — Submitted Cases, Section 2 — Declining the Case (Department of Justice), Subsection 1, Clause 4**, which provides that:

_“The Department of Justice may only decline a case if the plaintiff or appellant does not respond to the Department of Justice over 5 days.”_

The Department of Justice attempted to obtain the necessary response from the plaintiff/appellant regarding the submitted matter. However, more than five days have passed without any response being received.

As a result, the Department of Justice is unable to continue processing the case and must formally reject the submission in accordance with the authority granted under the cited law.

Accordingly, this case is **declined**.

Kind regards,

ICEMAN
