I am bringing charges against serenthia for harassment. This occurred among other places/times on Discord between the dates of 14 and 22nd October 2026.
Crimes Act 2025 Part 1 Section 10(1)(1) states: Negatively targeting a person/group of people
The evidence will demonstrate that Serenthia repeatedly and deliberately targeted the Director of the DSA following her dissatisfaction with not receiving an immediate response to one of her requests. Rather than pursuing the matter through appropriate channels or allowing reasonable time for a response, the accused proceeded to publicly target, criticise and shame the Director in public chats in an apparent attempt to pressure him into addressing her concerns.
There is a clear distinction between submitting a request to the Director and repeatedly subjecting that individual to public scrutiny, hostility and harassment because the response was not provided immediately. The former is a legitimate exercise of communication; the latter constitutes targeted conduct that should not be tolerated. Furthermore, this is not an isolated incident, and conduct of harassment is becoming a pattern with the accused. It is important to note that people have responsibilities and any support will be provided in due time.
