Information
I am pressing charges against Vice President kevincool@. The incident occurred on 15th October 2026 in the White House Headquarters.

I am bringing charges against the Vice President on the following counts:

Room Rights Abuse - Crimes Act 2025, Part 1, Section 2(1)(1)
Abuse of Functions - Crimes Act 2025, Part 1, Section 16(1)(1)
Room Regulations - Code of Conduct Act 2025, Part 3, Section 2(2)(1) / "Room Regulations & Uniform Rules" page on the White House Website.

The room regulations were outdated, and the Vice President attempted to enforce a rule that simply did not exist. Nor did the Vice President provide any sufficient warnings. The Room Regulations state: “Sufficient warnings shall be given before appropriate moderation (e.g. moving a user or using the fountain) takes place.” The Vice President provided no warning prior to the first offense. During the second offense, the Vice President was asked which regulation he was relying upon, to which he promptly replied that he was following his own set of rules.

In short, user Andrew00. was bopped twice, without any proper warnings and with malicious intent.

This is in clear conflict with the Room Regulations established by the Executive Office of the President at the time. The Code of Conduct Act 2025, Part 3, Section 2(2)(1), states that rules relating to Room Regulations shall be made public to everyone. At the time of the incident, an outdated version of the Room Regulations was in force, and the Vice President was effectively attempting to enforce rules of his own.

These Regulations are made publicly by EOP in accordance with the aforementioned Act, hence why they may be considered an extension to the laws regarding Room Rights Abuse. Room Rights Abuse is defined in the Crimes Act 2025, Part 1, Section 2(1)(1), as: “Breaching laws regarding Room Rights conduct”.

Abuse of Functions is defined in the Crimes Act 2025, Part 1, Section 16(1)(1) as: “Using the powers of a position to advantage oneself, or disadvantage another person”. The Vice President was following his own set of rules, combined with outdated Regulations, strongly suggests that he was exercising his authority improperly.

Two counts of a Class A crime therefore triggers impeachment under Part 8, Section 6, of the Prosecution Act 2025 upon acceptance by the Department of Justice. An impeachment resolution shall be submitted in accordance with Part 14 of the Legislation Act 2025.

To prove my allegations, I will be providing several pieces of evidence. The Vice President altered the Room Regulations after his offense, however, evidence of the Room Regulations active at the time will be provided.

Court Opinion
Written by BoolinJones 23rd October 2026, 11:04 AM UTC
The Department of Justice has settled Vice President kevincool@ regarding this manner. The Vice President has agreed to an apology to the plaintiff, as well as proposal for new legislation clarifying the Room Regulations to prevent future misunderstandings such as this case from occurring again.
