The Department of Justice is initiating a BoS request against user kas? for crimes discussed as per AC-106, in which the user "did not deny making the racist statement in question and acknowledged that the comment was unacceptable ... and fell below the standards expected of a White House member," as the court opinion indicates following the rejection of the appeal.
The evidence provided in this submission was certified by EB-006 and will serve as evidence of this inappropriate behavior.
The crimes violated can be found in the Crimes Act 2025, specifically Part 1, Section 10, the Code of Conduct Act, Part 2, Section 1(1)(5), and Article 8, Section 1(2) of the The Constitution.
