The Department of Justice has declined this case as per the Prosecution Act, specifically Part 4, Section 2 (1)(2). We find that the case does not hold evidence of a crime being committed. Based on evidence provided, the President Pro Tempore has not implied anything that insinuates differing abilities of the plaintiff.
