Information
The Secretary of the Senate cavemanq has violated Part 11 (1) (2) of the Legislation Act 2025: "The Speaker or the President Pro Tempore shall send a bill to the graveyard if it meets one or more of the requirements in Section 2 of this Part" by sending a bill to the graveyard without meeting the correct rank requirements. In addition, I believe he has also violated Part 1 (16) (1) (1) of the Crimes Act 2025 or Abuse of Functions which is defined as: "Using the powers of a position to advantage oneself, or disadvantage another person", which is a Class A crime. I believe this is the correct crime as they used the powers they have been given (the ability to graveyard a bill) to benefit themselves by sending their bill to the graveyard illegally.
