Information
The Department of Justice is filing charges against Chief Justice dreckly for breaching Part 1, Section 6, Subsection 1, Clause 3 of the Crimes Act 2025, otherwise known as Perversion of Justice under the definition of, "Purposely preventing any legal process" for moving the Crimes (Amendment 2) Act 2026 as unconstitutional.
The Crimes (Amendment 2) Act 2026 was signed on August 11, 2026 at 07:25:31 PM UTC. Pursuant to Part 7, Section 1, Subsection 2 of the Legislation Act 2025, the Supreme Court would have only until August 18, 2026 to review the said legislation, otherwise, it would enter Stage 7 as if passing a Judicial Review.
However, the Chief Justice dreckly submitted a judicial review declaring such as unconstitutional on August 22, 2026 at 08:50:53 PM UTC - nearly 4 days after the deadline.
This has prevented the legal process of an automatic judicial review of constitutional due to the action of the Chief Justice, making him liable to the aforementioned charge.
The Department of Justice further notes that this action has created uncertainty on the part of the Legislature and the White House. As such, this criminal complaint is sought to remedy this error.
