Information
The Department of Justice is filing charges against Seas. for breaching Part 8, Section 6(2)(4) of the Prosecution Act 2025 for issuing Code of Conduct (Uniform Waiver 2) Order 2026 on August 23, 2026 at 09:20:49 PM UTC - a period during which the defendant was restricted of executive powers due to ongoing impeachment proceedings against him at the time.

Even though the Vice President sent a site-wide message that the order has been rescinded nearly 12 minutes after it was submitted, the effectivity clause of the order mandates that the order takes effect upon the submission of the Vice President - thereby warranting this criminal complaint.

This case is unclassified and therefore no impeachment proceedings are necessary following the filing of this criminal complaint.

Court Opinion
Written by GreenArcher 2nd September 2026, 18:00 PM UTC
Settled out of court with a warning issued to the defendant.

The DOJ takes note that the order is merely a uniform waiver and the Vice President actually rescinded the order just mere minutes after it was issued. Given these circumstances, a warning was deemed to be justified by the DOJ.
