I hereby bring the following charges against Habbo user Veren in relation to the unfair and unlawful dismissal of Habbo user Funepicswager.
It is alleged that Veren has breached Part 1, Section 8 of the Crimes Act 2025, "Unfair Punishment", a Class B offence carrying a maximum penalty of Demotion; Part 1, Section 10, "Harassment", an Unclassified offence; Part 1, Section 11, "Corruption", a Class A offence carrying a maximum penalty of placement on the Ban on Sight List; Part 1, Section 16, "Abuse of Functions", a Class A offence; and Part 1, Section 17, "Perversion of Rights", specifically the Right to Equality, a Class A offence.
Evidence supporting these allegations is contained within Articles 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Furthermore, I hereby bring the following charges against Habbo user Veren in relation to conduct directed towards myself that I allege constitutes transphobic behaviour.
It is alleged that Veren has breached Part 1, Section 9 of the Crimes Act 2025, "Bullying", a Class A offence; Part 1, Section 10, "Harassment", an Unclassified offence; and Part 1, Section 17, "Perversion of Rights", specifically the Right to Equality, a Class A offence.
Evidence supporting these allegations is contained within Articles 5 and 6.
Articles 2 and 5 do not satisfy the evidentiary requirements prescribed under Part 6 of the Prosecution Act 2025 and, as such, must be referred to the Ethics Board for consideration prior to being admitted as evidence.
Articles 1, 3, 4, and 6 satisfy the evidentiary requirements prescribed under Part 6 of the Prosecution Act 2025 and are submitted as admissible evidence in support of these proceedings.
I wish to reserve the right to call upon multiple witnesses for these incidents.
