On consideration of the argument presented by notsyam, as well as a review of the official case submission, this Court deems appropriate the suppression of the detailed case description, supporting evidence, and related investigative materials associated with Docket SC-107. The Court deems this necessary to preserve the integrity of the proceedings, prevent unnecessary prejudice to the parties involved, and protect the proper administration of justice in accordance with Part 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025. This information shall remain suppressed until further order of the Court.
