Information
The Department of Justice, on behalf of the Attorney General and the Department of Defense, brings this application for a Ban on Sight Order and National Punishment placement against the user and all associated alt/clone accounts.

The user has demonstrated a continued pattern of disruptive and hostile behaviour toward the White House, its personnel, and its operations. This includes repeated disrespectful conduct toward leadership and high-ranking officials, and targeted comments intended to provoke, harass, and negatively impact the working environment. The user has also misused internal White House systems and engaged in the excessive filing of cases, deliberately burdening resources and obstructing the duties of officials.

This conduct satisfies three offences under the Crime Acts 2025:
- Harassment (Part 1, Section 11) - negatively targeting a person/group of people;
- Bullying (Part 1, Section 10) - continuously negatively targeting a person/group of people; and
- Perversion of Justice (Part 1, Section 6) - purposely affecting the Department of Justice unlawfully and purposely preventing a legal process.

Annexes A-H and HH comply with the Prosecution Act 2025, and Annexes I-V have been officially certified by an Ethics Board as of 07/12/2026. The Department respectfully requests a Ban on Sight Order and National Punishment placement against the user and all associated and successor accounts.

Location: Within the White House and its Headquarters, in connection with White House operations, systems, and personnel.
Date: On or about 5 July 2026, when the originating incident occurred at White House HQ. Related abusive conduct, threats, and reporting continued through 6-7 July 2026, including a continuous series of case filings
