Explain why your appeal should be successful
I understand why the action was taken and I take full responsibility for the comment I made. It was inappropriate, offensive, and did not meet the standards expected of someone representing White House.

I deleted the message almost immediately because I realised I should never have posted it in the first place. That doesn't excuse what I said, but it does reflect that I recognised my mistake immediately.

Throughout my time at White House, I have dedicated a significant amount of time to helping WH. I've contributed to training, supported staff, helped improve processes, and I always tried to make a positive impact on the community. I am truly sorry and hope my overall record and contributions can be taken into consideration alongside this incident.

I'm not asking for the comment to be ignored, nor am I trying to justify it. It wasn't right.

I'm simply asking for the opportunity to learn from this mistake and prove that it is not representative of the person or staff member I have been throughout my time in White House. If given another chance, I will ensure nothing like this happens again.
Justification for the Action you're appealing
I am appealing the decision because I believe permanent removal does not reflect my overall conduct and contributions to White House.

While I accept that disciplinary action was appropriate, I hope consideration can be given to the fact that this was a single incident rather than a consistent pattern of behaviour. I have consistently contributed positively to the WH and have invested a great deal of time into helping White House succeed.

I fully accept responsibility for my actions and understand why they were viewed seriously. I respectfully ask that my previous service, commitment, and willingness to learn from this mistake be taken into account when reviewing this appeal.
