MAJORITY OPINION.—This order is not in line with the common frameworks, namely the common numbering frameworks. The subsection P3, S1(1–8) has been rendered "a." to "h.", which is required, first and foremost, to be a number and, further, to be listed using the numbered list tool.
The Secretary of Defense is welcome to submit a revised order under the court authorization made under SC-159.
WHEREFORE.—The Defense (BoS: stella?) Order 2026 is hereby declared INAVLID OF PARENT in its entirety, and is thus UNCONSTITUTIONAL and shall not take effect.
