```MAJORITY OPINION.—The unconstitutional issues from the previous iteration of this legislation (G.305) have been fixed, but new issues are present within this piece of legislation. This piece of legislation is not in line with the common frameworks, namely the common numbering framework. All of the sections under the Schedules within the Act have had their numbering manually written, instead of using the numbered list tool. These sections then appear at the level of parts, and all subsections appear as sections, and all clauses appear as subsections, etc.
WHEREFORE.—The Treasury (External Affairs Regulations) Act 2026 is hereby declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and thus shall not take effect.
SO ORDERED.—Associate Justice .Martin delivered the opinion, in which Chief Justice dreckly and Senior Associate Justice Brokyy_ joined.```
