Following a unanimous vote, the Supreme Court has deemed this to be constitutional, with the following correction slip submitted to the DSA by AJ .Martin:

Section 1 (1) of the Group Badges (VIP) Order 2026 references "Part 1, Section 3" when the correct reference is "Part 1, Section 3 (1)".
